Terms and Conditions

Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp. Please send the topic, subject, page or slide count, and deadline. We will provide a fixed total and delivery time. Work begins only after you approve the quote in the chat. Website prices are standard rates; the WhatsApp quote confirms the total for your specific order.

Payment is arranged by UPI (including Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm) or bank transfer through WhatsApp, after you approve the quote and before work begins. We do not request payment through this website, via a payment link, or to an account other than the one shared in our official WhatsApp conversation. This website has no payment page or account registration. Do not pay through any other page or account claiming to represent AssignEase.

Work is delivered digitally as a Word, PDF, or PowerPoint file through the WhatsApp conversation, by the delivery time stated in your quote. Most orders take 1–3 days. If we cannot meet a confirmed deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a revised delivery time or a full refund. Handwritten or physically shipped work is not available.

Orders required within 24 hours carry a 50% surcharge on the quoted price. We accept urgent orders only when the deadline can be met; if it cannot, we will decline the order.

Small corrections after delivery - name, class details, minor edits - are free within 2 days of delivery. Changes that add new pages, new slides or a new topic are new work and are quoted separately.

Each order is prepared for the instructions provided. We do not resell, reuse, or republish work prepared for one customer for another. Our work is provided as reference material and writing assistance. You are responsible for how you use it, including whether and how you submit it, and for following your school or college requirements.

You may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund. After work begins, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If we miss a confirmed deadline or cannot correct work that does not match the agreed instructions, we will provide an appropriate partial or full refund. Approved refunds are returned by UPI or bank transfer to the original paying account.

We do not accept orders for live exams or tests, impersonation, fraudulent documents or certificates, or illegal activity. We may also decline specialised topics outside our expertise.

AssignEase does not provide website accounts or sign-up forms, and the website does not collect order details. Your order information and files are handled in your WhatsApp conversation. We do not share your name, school, college, or order details with others, or reuse work prepared for another customer. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to messages sent through that service.
