Cancel before work starts
You may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund. Contact us in the WhatsApp conversation used to confirm the order.
After work has started
After work begins, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Explain the issue in the same WhatsApp conversation so we can review the agreed brief and current status.
Missed deadline or mismatch with the agreed brief
If we miss a confirmed deadline or cannot correct work that does not match the agreed instructions, we will provide an appropriate partial or full refund.
How an approved refund is returned
Approved refunds are returned by UPI or bank transfer to the original paying account. The time to receive it can depend on the bank or payment provider.
Free corrections
Small corrections such as a name, class detail, or minor edit are free within two days of delivery. New pages, slides, topics, or substantial new work are quoted separately and are not minor corrections.
